Shipping and Returns and Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping with Rochelle de Maya. We want you to love your jewellery as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Shipping
Shipping costs to mainland UK is £2.99 per item
If multiple items are shipped in the same parcel, the shipping cost is £3.99
Shipping is free for orders of £70 or over
All items will be despatched by courier in 7-10 working days, not including bank holidays or weekends.
- Eligibility for Returns
You may return unworn, unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- Include all original packaging, tags, and protective materials
- Not be personalised or custom-made items (these are non-returnable unless faulty)
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they arrive faulty.
- How to Start a Return

Please include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
Once approved, we will send you the return instructions.
- Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
- Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item is faulty or we shipped the wrong item.
- Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the fault
We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs.
- Exchanges
We currently do not offer instant exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
- Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty)
- Personalised or custom-made jewellery
- Gift cards
- Items returned after 14 days
- Sale or Drop Items
Sale or Drop discounted items can be returned, unless stated as final sale in the product description.
